Getting an Australian visa from within Indonesia is a straightforward process if you follow these steps:
1) Decide which visa type is best for you: know which Australian visa suits your needs. This could be a tourist, work, or student visa. Use the "Find a Visa" tool on the Australian Department of Home Affairs website to select the right one, we will also discuss this in our free-of-charge pre-assessment call.
2) Complete the Application Form: Make an ImmiAccount and complete the online forms. This information is crucial for the application process. Form completion is included in the services we offer.
3) Gather Required Documents: Collect all necessary documents according to the visa type. This typically includes:
A completed and signed application form
Photocopies of your ID (KTP and KK)
Two passport-sized photos
Passport biodata page copies
Financial proof (like pay slips or bank statements)
Travel itinerary
Accommodation details
Travel / medical Insurance
Sponsor letter if applicable
Any other supporting documents deemed necessary to support your application
There is no set list that works for everyone, which is why we will always provide you with a tailored supporting documents list based on your individual circumstances.
If you are struggling with the passport photo specifications and printing, travel insurance or creating a dummy itinerary for visa purposes we can help with these things also.
4) Submit Your Application: Submit your application and upload your supporting documents through the ImmiAccount. The visa fee is 190 AUD for both the Tourist and Business Visitor Subclass 600, and there are occasionally additional charges which can be found here. We will help you make the online submission and make the payment online. In some circumstances, you may be asked to attend a biometric appointment to provide your fingerprints and have a digital photo taken but it is not typically required, meaning you probably won’t even need to go to the visa application centre.
5) Wait for Approval: After submission, await the visa approval process by Australian authorities. Approval times vary based on visa type and document completeness, with our streamlined process we typically see results within 5-15 working days from the date of application submission. Once your application is processed, you will receive a decision on your visa application. If approved, you will have a letter of approval issued to carry with you when you travel. Nothing is stamped into your passport. There is a useful link to see the processing times for each visa type here

6) Check Your Visa Status: Keep track of your visa application status through the ImmiAccount. When using our services, we will handle all communications and notify you when a decision has been made.
By following these steps, you'll be well-prepared to apply for an Australian visa and plan your trip effectively. Always refer to official sources like the Australian Embassy for the latest visa requirements and procedures.
