What type of passport will I receive?

The passport will be valid for 5 years and have 32 pages.

Estimated Processing times

Applications submitted with our service average a 4-6 week turnaround time. If you need your new passport urgently please inform us when making your request.

 

We advise you not to make any travel plans until the passport process has been completed. You will be able to keep hold of your existing passport throughout the process.

 

Requirements for UK Passport 

• Completed and signed application form which we will provide you with

• Existing passport

• Any secondary passports your child may hold (if applicable)

• Digital photo of the child (we will provide the specifications and  how to take it) 

• Evidence of address in Indonesia (For the parent who will be singing the application form)

• Existing passport for Mother (Colour photocopy of biodata page)

• Existing passport for father  (Colour photocopy of biodata page)

• Parents' Marriage certificate/Book 

• Full birth certificate for Mother - Original

• Full birth certificate for father - Original

• Full birth certificate for child – must show parents’ names -Original

If the child’s British parent was born on or after 1 January 1983 additional documents may be required regarding the child’s British grandparents.

Costings
Professional fees and government fees are: £ 275 (all-inclusive). Payment can be made in IDR or GBP
The fee quoted above are inclusive of our consultation service and the relevant Government fee
